I wanted to tell you about the best experience I personally had with your company Garage Door Services. On the coldest night of the year here in Dallas. Last week my spring broke on my garage door on my home that is over 25 years old. I called several companies and decided on Garage Door Services since MHI uses you on our homes and you quoted the best price!
I spoke with both Victor and Tisha and they were so nice and helpful.
Yesterday, Jose (tech) came and repaired our garage door spring – I would have though we got a new door and opener – It is so smooth and quiet now.
I want to say your price and service were above and beyond what I was expecting.

After reviewing the events that
took place yesterday, I just
had to take a moment and send
a note. When the large spring
broke on our garage door, I
soon realized there was no way
to open the door and my car
was still inside. Friday morning
I called your office and was
assisted by Sam. I explained
my urgency as I had an exam
that day and really needed my
car out of the garage. In this
world of poor customer service,
I thank you for making my “emergency”
seem important. Sam assured
me he would work with his team
and get some repair people over
as soon as possible. Professional
repairmen arrived in less than
2 hours (having had to drive
from the NW where they were
working, over to the NE, pick
up the part they needed and
drive back to the NW). Your
company can take great pride
in its people, who really seem
to care about the customer!

that Patrick has really helped
us out these last few days.
A neighbor ran into our custom
wood garage door, totally destroyed
the door and did extensive damage
to the car and the back wall
of the garage. When I saw your
ad in the yellow pages advertising
custom wood doors, I knew your
company was the one to call.
Patrick answered all my questions.
He is working with the insurance
company so I don't have to deal
with financial considerations.
He reorganized his crew so that
we could have someone here first
thing this morning. His crew
is working hard cleaning up
the mess and installing a temporary
door.

We recently purchased two wood\steel
garage doors from your San Antonio
location. Patrick Pennington
took our order. Patrick explained
the order process from deposit
to construction and installation
of the doors. Our doors were
completed and installed within
the two week timeframe. The
installation was completed within
a few hours and our old metal
doors were hauled off by your
installer.
A few days after the install
we experienced a problem with
the larger door and called Patrick
who had a serviceman out within
a day and the problem was fixed.
We have been very pleased with
our new doors and have received
several compliments from neighbors

We purchased a garage door and
a fireplace from Garage Door
Services in July 2008. This
has been one of the best investments
we made when building our house.
The fireplace is wonderful!!
It's nice to be able to flip
a switch and have instant fire
and be able to turn it off just
as easily. No worrying about
going to sleep before the flames
are totally out, no mess, no
clean up, and it's very economical
to run.
The electricity went out during
a storm last winter and we had
heat and light from the fireplace
while our neighbors were freezing.
We had one problem early on
with the garage door sensors
being affected by sun hitting
them but the company came out
the next day to corrected the
problem. They also followed
up with a call to make sure
we were satisfied with the repair.
I highly recommend this company,
they have great products with
friendly, fast, and efficient
customer service.

I just got off the phone with
Scott M. (Field Superintendant
of Warranty-Austin) and they
had just left this house. He
was very happy with what Richard
had done fix the problem at
this house. Richard adjusted
the door in the opening and
also adjusted the opener to
keep the door from going up
to far. He wanted me to relay
this info to Jeff and anyone
in that Richard reported to.
